 2012 Amelia Island Film Festival Event Schedule

Red Carpet Event -2/23 7pm

  • Opening event of the 4th annual Amelia Island Film Festival
  • Great event and a great way to meet actors, directors, film creators, and other movie lovers.
  • K-Bay 106.3 will be onsite doing a live Broadcast
  • Follow with an after Party at Café Karibo
    • After Party Starts at 9:30pm
    • Live Music from Milltown Road

Opening Film is "Sunny Side Up-2011" Director Derek Estlin Purvis will be in attendance.

Take a tour across Cumberland Sound via Riverboat to St. Mary’s, GA. Where Coastal Georgia Film Alliance will give a tour of their museum and provide a brunch.

 The Amelia Island Film Festival is excited to announce that we will be screening an exclusive pre-release clip from the feature film, “The Diary of Preston Plummer” shot here in Fernandina! February 26th There will be a live Video Conference with Shawn Ackerman, the Director of the Film for us all to learn more about the making and success of this film.

Overall Recommendation: RUNNING MATES is the perfect blend of comedy and character development — in the end you will feel like you know the characters…and you will wish they were your Facebook friends. Be on the lookout for this one, it’s a pleasant surprise.
